Workout = Stress Release

I woke up at 7:30am this morning, and since then I have been working away on my freelance projects none stop (it's currently 4pm). I am stressed and I can feel my muscles aching! Today I learned that I am not a stress eater, I always thought I would be, since I eat so much regularly (snacking is my biggest problem). 


I am so drained and tired, but I'm not hungry at all.. I filled up my water bottle, after this post I'm going to head to the gym and go for a run... best way to release stress (and achieve a healthy glow).
