The Secret to Dark Silky Hair

The past week or so I have been going under a lot of change. As of right now it is too soon to say what is in store for the future. However I am nothing but full of excitement and looking forward to the future with great big changes.

Good things come at a price, needless to say I have been under going a lot more stress after taking on more work loads than I am use to. When one is under pressure and stress, it is very bad for our health, therefore leads to bad skin, and maybe even bad hair.

I have been noticing that due to over use of heat products and not watching what I eat closely, my hair has been going through a period of *dry spell*. It's very brittle, and frizzy ( yes it happens to us silky Asian hair). One of my way of dealing with this is looking into consuming vitamins, most importantly vitamin B.

However if you are not a big pill taker, the other solution, and yummier solution in my opinion, is eating a spoon full of black sesame seed. Twice a day. Morning, and night.

Black Sesame seed benefits the body as a whole, especially the liver, kidney, spleen and stomach. Its high oil content lubricates the intestines and nourishes all the internal viscera. It contains nutrients such as polyunsaturated fatty acid, vitamin E, protein, lecithin, etc. All these are required for healthy hair. If you have grey hair or is experiencing premature hair loss, simply consume black sesame seeds alone by the spoon full, or mix it with white sugar ( or other types of sugar at your liking).

In two weeks you will notice a difference, your hair will seem to be darker, and produce more nature shine.

If you enjoy this method, I suggest giving sesame oil a try in your cooking as well. I sometimes cook meat using sesame oil instead of olive oil.  On top of giving the meat a delicious unique taste, you are doing your skin and body a HUGE benefit.

I apologize again for the lack of posting. I will keep you all updated on my life and changes as soon as everything is more settled and steady.
