Morning routine, what's yours? Usually a cup of coffee to start off the day. In the past I find that coffee dried out my skin from everyday consuming. Then I found the magic solution: Raw Honey! All honey are good, but personally I prefer local raw honey because it has more beneficial factors than regular honey. Most honey contain a large amount of water, which cuts down the goodness that raw honey provide for our body.
What is raw honey? Raw honey is unstrained, unprocessed honey. It contains pollen, pro-polis, honeycomb and live enzymes, all the goodness the bees put in! Unlike regular honey, raw honey is creamy, smooth and spreadable (like peanut butter!).
A second form of raw honey is honey comb, it comes with crunchy cappings, which is like wax, editable but not very tasty, this is why I prefer raw honey to honey comb.

Personal morning routine:
I wake up and scoop a tea spoon of honey in a cup, and pour hot water to melt it. Note* the water shouldn't be too hot or it will kill the enzymes in the honey.
If you are feeling a bit under the weather, squeeze some fresh lemon into the water.
After three weeks of drinking a cup or two of honey water every morning, I can see a difference in my skin:

Less random pimples
Less redness
Over all better skin! Better skin = less make up = even better skin!
Now, I just have to get my boyfriend to drink it with me!
